After five days, with the best result since the trade fair first edition, Euroshop confirms itself as the largest fair in the whole world for retail and commerce.
Euroshop is organised in Dusseldorf (Germany) every 3 years. From the 5th to the 9th of March, the 2267 exhibitors (from 61 different countries) had the opportunity to display their products in the 18 pavilion showing the an unheard example of innovation and creativity.
At its anniversary event it was able to once again show how young, creative and innovative the sector and its trade fair are.
The news of this edition
The digitalization of the commerce has been one of the key points this year. The customer actually is a wanderer who walks through the stores as well as in the web to search for the product fit for his needs. This means that the traders should adapt to the new trends, merging the online and the offline commerce. That’s the reason why IT solutions are now essential.
For the store environment, the innovation brought new specimens for lighting, design and the incorporation of multimedia elements.
In addition to the stand presentations, we could attend to different free conferences and discussion forums (both in german and english).
The next EuroShop will be held in Düsseldorf from 16 to 20 February 2020 and the next EuroCIS, as an annual event focusing on retail technology themes, will already run from 27 February to 1 March 2018.
